Our personal training sessions are conducted either on zoom, or at our studio in South Knighton. Sessions are available to book Monday to Friday at a time to suit your diary, and Saturday mornings. We have trained clients over many years from all age groups and with many different requirements – from weight loss, to strengthening and tone, to helping their mental wellbeing and rehabilitation from an injury or illness.
Most clients book a block of 10 sessions of either 45 or 60 minutes duration, the first session of which tends to involve a PARQ completion, tailored fitness test and health number measurement. This ensures your course of sessions is safe, effective and is tailored to meet your requirements. The beauty of personal training is that each session tends to become more challenging as you become stronger and fitter, and the fitness test enables us to go back to square one periodically to measure your progress tangibly.
