Our Class of 6 group personal training sessions are advertised and bookable weekly on our class schedule, and happen mainly on a Monday and a Wednesday evening in our personal training studio in South Knighton. The sessions use a variety of free weights, functional training equipment – battle ropes, slam balls, kettlebells, and our weights bench and boxing tower. The studio opens out onto a hard paved area so sessions can run in all weather – either inside or outside in the fresh air.
A mixture of tabata or timed circuits, strength and cardio training, balance, flexibility and coordination, each session is planned to cater for the number of attendees, their fitness levels and targets different combinations of skill sets each time.
Individuals and groups of friends or family can book a session on line and are supervised by a fully qualified personal trainer.
