A great combination of all over body strength, flexibility and cardio work, targeting 3 or 4 different muscle groups each week, with kettlebell cardio spikes. If you don’t have a kettlebell you can use a dumbbell or borrow one from me if you live in Leicester. Join the face to face class on zoom and keep the recording for 7 days.
PARQ
If you haven’t completed a PARQ in one of our face to face classes you will need to complete one online and submit it 24 hours prior to class.

Kettlebell – if you have more than one then try and bring a heavier weight for the resistance sections. If you need to borrow one – let me know. Also a mat and water.
